Ray Lanier has over 12 years as a home and commercial building inspector. He is a full member of Georgia Association of Home Inspectors. By becoming a full member of GAHI he has meet all requirements showing that he is a qualified professional inspector in both new and lived in homes, plus he is certified by International Code Congress, Inc. in code inspections and ITA in commercial building inspections and Mold Inspections. He was previously a licensed electrician in the state of Colorado and a remodeler in Georgia.

MARK HINTON, HOME INSPECTOR    
Mark is an outstanding home inspector who received his home inspection schooling from a school operated by the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. He is a graduate of Southern Tech, Marietta, GA. His degree is in Mechanical Engineering. Mark has over 20 years in the construction field of work. He has built Modular, Panel, Conventional and Log houses. He also has been an engineer in foundation repairs for a foundation repair company.
